	CHECK-IN TIME is 3PM CHECKOUT TIME is 11AM
	SECURITY DEPOSIT: A $200.00 refundable damage deposit is required within 14 days of your reservation request for confirmation. Refunds are sent after departure, less extraordinary cleaning, long distance toll charges or any damages that exceed normal wear and tear. Some properties require higher deposits.
	RATES: Subject to change without notice. Monthly rates available upon request.  Rates quoted are discounted for CASH or CHECK payment.
	TAXES: Hawaii Tax is added to all quoted rates, currently at 11.41%.
	RENT PAYMENTS:  Full payment is due fourteen days prior to date of arrival. We welcome personal, business, travelers checks and cash. We accept Visa and MasterCard, with a 3.5% surcharge.
	KEY PICK-UP: Normally, keys and maps are available at your Car Rental Agency at the Lihue Airport. This allows immediate access, regardless of day and time of arrival. PLEASE let us know where to will pick up your keys and map. We offer COMPETITIVE CAR RENTAL RATES.
	AMENITIES: All vacation rentals are equipped with a full kitchen, color television, private telephone, linens, towels, and laundry facilities.
	HOUSEKEEPING SERVICES: Normal outcleaning is included in the rental rate. An initial supply of paper and soap products (One Week) is provided. Additional service and supplies are available upon request at an additional charge.
	HOLIDAY SEASON: December 15 to January 6. A MINIMUM RESERVATION of TWO WEEK is required for this period. Full rent is due by November 15. If cancellation is received after prepayment is made, rent will be forfeited, unless R&R is able to rerent the unit.
	CANCELLATION POLICY: A 30 day cancellation notice is required prior to your arrival date for a security deposit refund. Unless we are able to rerent the unit, the deposit will be forfeited by untimely cancellation.
	CRIBS/ROLLAWAY BEDS: These rentals are available with advance notice. Please call for rates.
	CAR RENTALS/ACTIVITY INFORMATION: Kauai...The Garden Island has a land mass of approximately 560 square miles.
